Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Zanova Ventures, we aim to maintain a clear and transparent approach to purchases of our digital products.
Zanova primarily provides digital content including eBooks, PDF guides, downloadable resources and other digital materials. Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all completed purchases are generally considered final.
Once a digital product has been successfully delivered or made available to the customer through email, download access or another digital delivery method, cancellations and refunds are generally not available for change of mind, dissatisfaction or failure to use the purchased material.
Refund Exceptions
We may review refund requests in limited and genuine circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payment made for the same order
- A verified technical issue where the purchased digital product was not delivered or made available within a reasonable period
- Other exceptional circumstances that may be reviewed at our discretion and subject to applicable law
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your purchase qualifies for an exception, please contact us at support@zanova.in as soon as possible and provide your Order ID along with relevant payment or purchase details.
Each request will be reviewed individually. If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
