Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Zanova Ventures, we maintain a fair and transparent approach to cancellations and refunds. As a seller of digital content—including but not limited to eBooks, PDF guides, and downloadable resources—we follow policies aligned with standard digital commerce norms and the Information Technology Act, 2000. All sales are final. Once a digital product is delivered via email or secure download link, it is considered permanently in the buyer’s possession. Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of these products, we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy. This approach is consistent with RBI guidelines and Indian consumer law standards for digital goods.

Refund Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following rare and genuine cases:

• Duplicate payments made for the same order
• Technical issues resulting in non-delivery of product within 24 hours

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at support@zanova.in within 2 working days of the transaction. Include your Order ID and payment proof for verification. If approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction after the product has been delivered. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
